Hotel Monopol Luzern

I spent 1 night here and I appreciated that. This place was fairly clean and had perfect staff and location. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a minibar, satellite TV and central heating.

The hotel was fancy and the staff was welcoming, it had unbeatable location right across the street from the train station. There was a great bar on site, loved this place.

The best stay during our weekend. The whole hotel was neat and the staff was very very helpful. Nice local beach, that was what we enjoyed. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an amazing view.

This place was convenient, with cozy rooms, phenomenal staff. Brilliant location to rathaus. Climate control and 3 beds in the room and the lovely bed. The staff did all they can for a superb stay.

It's extremely convenient hotel, we enjoyed brilliant rooms and best possible location. Reasonably spacious suite and comfy bed. Decent staff and altogether wonderful experience. Check out is late.

The place was ideal, no complains at all, would recommend. Reasonably spacious, big size room with great amenities. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Old Town district.

Fairly clean space and perfect breakfast. Bed was cozy, and the room itself was excellent. It was gorgeous and had an excellent view. Easy location, relatively close to a Lion monument.

Truly enjoyed the location and views, they were nice! We dined out at Globus, set a short walk to the hotel. It was worth its 4 stars.

wonderful location with parking nearby. it was not far from lake lucerne.

Breakfast was fine and it was near a bus stop. 10 minutes' walk to chapel bridge We strongly recommend the hotel to family and friends as its location was great
